Zoar Post Office Complaints

Residents and non-residents of Zoar who have experienced unsatisfactory service at the local post office are encouraged to voice their concerns.

Complaints can be directed confidentially to the postmaster at the Bolivar Post Office. Those affected are invited to send detailed emails to Joseph R. Foutty or to speak with him in person at the Bolivar Post Office.

Please send your complaint to:    joseph.r.foutty@usps.gov

Beyond individual complaints, the Village of Zoar is proactively advocating for a long-term solution to the ongoing service challenges. A petition is currently being circulated among residents to be forwarded to our state representative. This initiative seeks to prompt legislative or administrative action to secure consistent, high-quality service standards at the Zoar Post Office.
